Oxidation path
The oxidation path is the heart of the plant. In this pipe section the electrode package coated with noble metal and composed of massive titanium is located.

Electrochemical reactions take place in the water because of the electric current flowing between the electrodes.

Initially, this is the direct anodizing of the germs.Afterwards some different effective substances are formed.


Control and power unit
The control unit takes over the central control and regulating function for the oxidation path.

Permanently monitored are:
  • Flow rate
  • The function of the electrodes
  • The pressure in the pipe system
  • The temperature of the medium

A signaling of alarms does take place by lower deviation or by omission of a default value. The alarm can be sent up to a central home monitoring.


Safety device
The overpressure valve is arranged at the input side of the oxidation path.

The system pressure is regulated in the case of incorrect pressure rise over a certain set point.

Consequently there is always ensured a permissible pressure ratio in the piping layout.


Rinsing device
The rinsing cycles of the oxidation path can be driven manually or automatically.

The automatic rinsing device takes over independently the rinsings for reactivation of the oxidation path.

Measuring and control device
The use of eco-dialog measurement and control technology ensures the adequate operating according to drinking water ordinance.

Pressure resistant sensors acquire permanently the latest disinfection potential.

The plants are working in cold and hot water systems on normal system pressures without water loss.
